RESPONSIBILITIES:                       The responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the Men’s Basketball program in daily activities; on the floor coaching and player development; maintaining equipment for program;  NJCAA compliance knowledge; recruiting future student athletes; leading study halls for athletes; monitoring dorms on campus; and organizing team travel.  Experience with a collegiate basketball program preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:                          Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups of individuals. Must have a commitment to the philosophy of the men’s basketball program and the college.

COMPENSATION:                            Salary is negotiable.

**Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.**

BENEFITS:                                        Housing and a meal plan is provided for the Fall and Spring semesters.
