Under the supervision of the Athletic Director and the Head Coach of the Men’s Basketball program, the Assistant Coach’s primary responsibility will be to assist the head coach in all facets of the program, including, but not limited to:

-The recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes
– Organization and planning of practices
– Game preparation
-Administrative duties as assigned
-Scouting and game film preparation and review
– Fundraising
– Monitoring of student-athlete academic progress
– Travel
– Compliance with NJCAA, MCAC and RCTC rules and policies
-Driver’s License is required
