Snow College Men’s Basketball is a storied and nationally successful Division I Junior College and is seeking applications for a Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach. Successful candidates will have a passion for basketball and mentoring young people, a history of sustained performance, self-motivated attention to detail, and an unselfish leadership ability to make others around them better and enhance our culture.

• On court practice instruction
• Player Leadership Development and Mentoring
• Game Prep with Synergy, Hudl and other platforms
• Scouting Reports
• Recruiting student athletes with high skill and leadership capacity
• Skill Development and Strength and Conditioning
• Film Coordinating
• Equipment Coordinating
• Travel Coordinating
• Academic Tracking
• Camp Coaching
• Other tasks as assigned by the head coach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canvas, and video breakdown
• Basic knowledge of Hudl software program.
• Ability to interact with students and administration.
• Ability to recruit and develop relationships with high school/aau/prep programs.
