St. Louis Christian Academy is accepting applications for assistant men’s basketball coach for SLCA select for the 2020-2021 school year. This position includes Room/Board and meal plan along with a monthly stipend.

St. Louis Christian Academy is a small private Christian boarding/day school located in trendy Midtown St. Louis, Missouri. We are a looking for motivated candidates that can be a positive addition to our family like environment! Our men’s basketball select team plays a regional schedule. This is a perfect opportunity to connect and network with college coaches of all levels along with gaining experience in recruiting and day to day operations. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: on floor coaching, monitoring academics (including study halls), recruiting, player development , weight training, compliance, Dorm supervision, filming/video breakdown, individual skill development, equipment management, transportation (valid driver’s license as well as personal vehicle required) and other duties assigned by the head coach.

Qualifications:

•     At least 2 years of college completed

•Previous experience working in College/High School Athletics

•Must be able to work evenings/weekends, holidays and maintain a flexible work schedule

•Previous Coaching experience

•Desire to work in College/High School athletics
