| Description: | The Apprentice School Department of Athletics invites applications from qualified individuals to serve as its Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach (Recruiting Coordinator). The Assistant Coach (Recruiting Coordinator) is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by The Apprentice School and the USCAA.
This is a part-time position, reporting to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the head coach in all facets of a collegiate men’s basketball program
Recruiting prospective student-athletes who fit the mission and culture of the program and the School
Managing the recruiting database and calendar
Conducting on-court coaching during practices and games
Contributing to scouting reports for game opponents
Mentoring and support for the student-athletes, particularly in regards to academics and player development
Maintaining CPR & First Aid Certification
