The university is seeking two qualified candidates that demonstrate exceptional coaching abilities in basketball and will be placed, based on preference and demonstrated history of success, for either the Men’s or Women’s basketball teams. The successful candidates must also possess qualifications for a collateral assignment in either the Admissions Office as an Admissions Counselor or in the Athletics Department as a Diversity & Inclusion Liaison.

These unique positions will be a deployed as a first of its kind champion for the basketball teams and leading Athletics Department initiatives to promote a more diverse and inclusive environment for employees and student-athletes by aligning recruitment efforts in Admissions as well as promoting and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in UWL’s Athletics Department. Successful candidates will need to have demonstrated a successful career of working with student-athletes and employees of every background on enhancing their awareness and commitment to inclusion efforts.
