The Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team under the guidance of the Head Coach in a manner that is consistent with goals of the program and the policies and procedures of Trinity Christian College.  The Assistant Coach will have recruiting responsibilities, be able to work collaboratively with the head coach, and perform other duties as assigned.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES – May include, but is not limited to the following: 

  1. Attend practices, games, and recruiting functions
  2. Plan and execute daily meeting and practice activities
  3. Actively recruit prospective student-athletes to Trinity Christian College
  4. Support the Christian mission of Trinity Christian College
  5. Adhere to all applicable NAIA, CCAC, and institutional rules
