The Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach 3 is responsible for assisting with all aspects of an NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball programincluding, but not limited to, the identification and recruitment of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes; supporting the academic progress of student-athletes; preparing and conducting individual and team practices, training, film review, statistical analysis, and competition; fostering the academic, athletic, and personal growth of student-athletes; organizing team and staff travel arrangements; facilitating administrative duties and paperwork; managing the distribution and ordering of team equipment and office supplies; coordinating and administering special basketball events, social media and representing the sports program as needed in association with promoting and fundraising for the program.

The full salary range for the Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach 3 is $73,600.00- $133,200 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
