| Description: | The successful candidate will assist the head coach in all phases of operating an NAIA basketball program. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes; overall program administration; Create and successfully conduct the Strength & Conditioning program all year; Coordinate & Supervise Academic study halls; practice and game coaching; Driving and Transport and compliance with college, league, and NAIA rules and regulations. Must have a valid driver license, and be willing to drive to competition and must be able to obtain a valid CPR/First Aid card. Bachelor’s Degree required 1-2 years college coaching experience desired. |
