Academic Support:
Responsibilities/Duties: Ø Assist in administrative duties Ø Assist in coordination of team travel Ø Travel to all away games with team Ø Recruiting as assigned by the head coach Ø Check classes and meetings as assigned Ø On-court assistance during workouts/practices/individual workouts Ø Assist with video/film related activities (Breakdown film, special projects, etc.) Ø Assist in game preparation and scouting Ø Use advanced analytics to help develop scouting reports, individual student-athlete growth plans, and other statistics-based projects Ø Coordinate and supervise student managers Ø Other duites assigned by the head coach Ø Assist with youth/elite camps Time commitment: Minimum 16 hours per week.
Job Requirements: Ø Well-organized professional that has tremendous work ethic. Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ø Prior involvement in collegiate basketball as a player or coach is highly preferred. Ø Well-versed in Microsoft Office and other basic office software programs. Ability to effectively use Adobe Photoshop or equivalent is highly valued. Ø Basic understanding of Sportscode/Synergy/FastModel/ Ø Positive, high energy, ambitious individual who is self-motivated and takes initiative. Ø Willingness to tackle any task related to progress of the team, student athletes, and institution. All other duties assigned Physical Requirements:

Required Experience A bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of two years’ experience in collegiate coaching required. A suitable combination of education and experience may be substituted for minimum requirements. |
