UW-Oshkosh Men’s Basketball is looking for a high character, passionate assistant coach. This coach will have a role with responsibilities that touch every aspect of our program and be treated as a full-time member of our staff. Candidates should have a passion for developing relationships with student- athletes, be organized, have an incredible work ethic, be a strong communicator, and have a desire to chase championship success on a daily basis.

We have had three coaches in this position in recent years and all three have gone on to great opportunities: a full-time head assistant in Division II, a graduate assistant at Vanderbilt, and a graduate assistant at Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include:
Academic Oversight, Player Development, Recruiting, Opponent Scouting, Team Travel, Assisting With Camps, Other Duties As Assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred experience: Collegiate/high school coaching OR Collegiate playing experience or student-managing experience.
