Assist the Head Coach in the general leadership of the men’s basketball team, including coaching, scheduling, conditioning, practices and recruiting.

Essential Job Functions of Position:

• Coaching, recruiting
• Scheduling games and team travel
• Player evaluation
• Running practices and work-outs
• Monitoring athlete scholarships, academic progress and class schedules.
• Remain apprised of MIAA & NCAA rules and regulations

Attend conferences and meetings

Education and Experience:
Required: Bachelor’s degree and experience in coaching and/or playing basketball.

Preferred: Master’s degree. Experience in college athletics. Experience in Men’s basketball.
