The individual hired will be responsible for assisting the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in all phases of the Division III program, within college, conference and NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting highly qualified prospective student/athletes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify, recruit, coach and develop high-level athletes for the program
• Organize official and unofficial visits
• Assist with practice and game preparations and planning travel itineraries
• Fundraising, game management and team academic scheduling
• Enhance program marketing and branding
• Develop and cultivate program social and multimedia presence
• Scout opponents through software programming and on the floor presentation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive student-athlete on court development program
• Coordinate camp and clinic programming
• Mentor and lead student managers

This is a full-time 12-month benefits-eligible position.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required along with past competitive and/or coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Valid driver’s license required as travel is necessary for the position. Strong organizational, oral, written, teaching and computer skills required. Advanced knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred.
