Williams College invites applications for a Head JV/Assistant Varsity Coach of Men’s Basketball for the 2019-20 academic year. This is a full-time, 6-month term position with the possibility of renewal.

Primary duties include assisting the head coach in the planning and execution of practices and skill development, recruiting a diverse and talented pool of student-athletes, scheduling and travel, video analysis and game breakdown, program administration and other duties as assigned by the head coach. The position includes a meal plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach a diverse group of highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
