Wisconsin Lutheran College, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic professional to serve as a Part-Time Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all phases of management of a competitive NCAA Division III men’s basketball program which competes in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC).

Primary duties include recruitment of prospective student-athletes, on-court coaching, practice planning, and game preparation.

The Part-Time Assistant Coach’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: knowing and abiding by all College, NCAA, and Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference rules and regulations; coaching; assisting with practice and game plans; recruiting; monitoring student-athlete academic progress; and scheduling. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and have experience coaching in a competitive men’s basketball program. The successful candidate must also provide positive leadership in all aspects of the men’s basketball program and must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all internal and external patrons. Other job duties and responsibilities are to be determined by the Head Coach.

A Bachelor’s degree and previous high-level coaching experience at the collegiate level are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
