Assists the head coach with various aspects of the men’s basketball program including, but not limited to practices, strength and conditioning, player development, recruiting, public relations. Perform other duties as assigned. Manage the JV program. Run practices, skill development sessions, weight lifting, manage academics, travel, budgeting, schedule games, recruiting, and perform other duties as assigned.

Highly qualified applicants will possess a college degree from a four-year institution, coaching experience at the collegiate level or high school level, recruiting ties to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, a strong background in player skill development, and a background in strength and conditioning. Candidates expected to spend a minimum of 20 hours a week in the office. The position will remain open until filled.
