Develop and manage all aspects of the men’s basketball player development program and oversee video operations. Responsible for compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations. 

Essential Duties:

1. Oversee all aspects of the player development program for the men’s basketball team. This includes serving as the MBB staff liaison to the Office of Academic Support Services and assisting the OAS staff in monitoring class attendance and assisting in the oversight of the study hall program. In conjunction with the Coordinator of Basketball Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing all off-court activities for the men’s basketball program. This includes guiding and assisting student-athletes in utilizing the resources available to develop the skills they need to balance the demands of academics, athletics and community outreach while also focusing on personal development. 

2. Oversee the video operations program for the men’s basketball program. This includes, but is not limited to, all video operations related to scouting, practice, game, film exchange, and highlight films. The position is also responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient video room/operation.
