Description: Evolution is expanding and we are searching for high level basketball trainers and coaches. Our Asst. Manager position is perfect for someone looking to bridge their interests in business and basketball. This position has a great amount of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities: This position will be a mix of on the court training, off the court management responsibilities, as well as heavily networking and recruiting in the community. As a lead trainer you will be expected to be our best trainer in this location with the ability to work with a variety of levels of players. As the Asst. Manager, you will oversee the facility, help schedule the staff, as well as help schedule clients.

Qualifications: We are searching for a high character individuals who will act as a strong role model for the players we are training. College and/or Professional experience is preferred (playing or coaching). Must be highly organized, proactive, and strong people skills. Training experience is preferred but not necessary, passionate about teaching the game is a must.

Salary: Salaried position starting at $40,000, plus bonus, health insurance, 401k
