We’re looking for recent college graduates or current grad-assistants with a passion for teaching and coaching basketball. An interest in learning from senior coaches and willingness to work in a multicultural environment are key components to being considered. This is a great way for you to develop your coaching credentials.

The FastBreak Basketball Club has been running for 12 years under the keen eye of Managing Director, Mike Denzel. We are the market leader in providing quality basketball instruction for youth between ages 4-18 in Singapore. FastBreak is entering another expansion phase in the 2018-19 season, and we are looking for basketball coaches interested in being part of our growing team.

Why Singapore? Singapore is one of the most sought after destinations for expatriates. All the comforts of home can be found, and with English as the national language, life in Singapore is very comfortable. Travel is one of the best aspects of living in the “Little Red Dot” with dozens of countries within a short (and inexpensive) flight away.

Responsibilities:

• Run fundamental skills practices for our development level players
• Coach our competitive teams in leagues and tournaments
• Provide elite training in small group sessions for our top, advanced players
• Assist with our holiday camps

Requirements:

• Strong Basketball background

○ College player with minimum proven summer camp coaching experience

○ Grad assistant with several years of experience

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to commit to a minimum 2 year contract
