| Description: | Super Nova Basketball Academy, located in Dongguan, China (2 hours north of Hong Kong) is looking for a knowledgeable and high energy coach to direct spring programming. This program is building momentum and ideally we want someone who will fit in with the program for the long run. Job Length will be be from March through June/July (Performance based with option to renew this contract).
Description:
-Must be a high energy and knowledgeable coach to direct skills academy of young players ages 7-14 in Dongguan, China.
-Coach will be expected to follow curriculum designed by Basketball Director and report to Director on weekly basis. In addition to the curriculum, Coaches will be given opportunities to be creative with their coaching ideas. We want someone who has ideas!
Requirements:
– 4 Year college/university degree
– Playing Experience at the College Level or higher (preferred)
– 3 Years Coaching/ Camp Directing Experience (preferred)
What’s Included:
– Round-trip Airfare from major US locations (where direct international flights to China are available, e.g. NYC, LA, San Francisco, etc.) to Hong Kong.
– Salary of RMB 12,000 monthly (Super Nova will also provide some meals occasionally throughout your stay).
