Responsibilities

• Manage and update player and coach AAU database
• Source prospective teams and players necessary for events
• Manage schedule database of marketplace events
• On-site management of tournaments
• Collaborate on tournament scheduling and preparation
• Contribute player evaluations for Elevate Hoops scouting service

Requirements

• Be comfortable in an environment where responsibilities are broadly defined, and collaboration is critical to success
• Cultivate relationships with college and AAU basketball coaches to work towards continued business
• Ability to problem solve under pressure
• Some travel required
