Description:

Basketball Operations:

Responsibilities

  • 7-Days a week during busy camp seasons.
  • Manage a fast pace office environment
  • Great excel knowledge-Assist with day to day operations and logistics.
  • Responsible for coordinating and training staff for specific events
  • Provide Customer service via telephone and email to ScoutsFocus customers.
  • Assist ScoutsFocus Directors in the recruitment of players for events
  • Assist in the marketing and development of ScoutsFocus Events
  • Assist in the execution and management of all events

Required Skills

  • Strong Work Ethic.
  • Organization and attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment and learn on the fly
  • Passion in sports and/or event planning and management
  • Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive.
  • Advanced understanding of Google Docs and Excel.
  • Strong Business Ethics

Social Media Director:

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing all social media channels and promoting events (Snapchat/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)
  • Keeping website up to date.
  • Ability to edit video and create mix tapes.
