Description:
Hofstra University, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Colonial Athletic Association is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of director of men’s basketball operations. This is a full-time, 12 month position.

Responsibilities include assisting in the administrative aspects of a division 1 program including planning and preparation of practices and games, implementing and maintaining a recruiting database, managing student managers and practice players, organizing travel arrangements, closely monitoring student-athletes academic needs, and other administrative duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Association, and the NCAA.
