Job Duties:

• Identify and execute team travel needs – lodging, meals and travel logistics
• Responsible for film exchange, upload, and oversight on game day/practice
• Create and implement all digital media content to establish and maintain brand identify through social media
• Oversee clock coordination and all assigned responsibility during practice
• Oversee student manager(s) and all assigned responsibility
• Assist in on-campus recruiting efforts as needed
• Assist with program fundraising through community relations
• Assist coaching staff on court with various stat or film responsibilities
• Serve as liaison with the non-coaching support staff and athletic administration i.e. SID, campus marketing team, director of external communication, business office personnel, etc.
• Record program guest passes for home games
• Perform additional duties as given by the Head Coach

Evenings and weekends are required. Individual will travel with the program to away games.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience or a combination of related experience and education
• Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures is required
• NCAA certification will be required post-employment
• SynergySports software proficiency preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills preferred
• Strong organizational skills preferred
• Ability to work independently without supervision and maintain efficiency
