The Director of Basketball Operations is responsible for coordinating team video projects and sport camps, fundraising/promotional activities, team travel, and other duties as assigned. Must be knowledgeable of and comply with NCAA, Big West Conference and University rules, policies, and regulations applicable to the performance of this position.

Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of men’s collegiate basketball.
• Computer skills and functional use of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Demonstrated social media skills and marketing ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for on campus recruiting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-through to consistently meet expectations and deadlines.
• Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule.
