The Director of Men’s Basketball Operations provides oversight for the men’s basketball program with emphasis on student-athletes’ well-being. The position will support student-athletes by assisting in the coordination of academic programs, resident life, and serving as the point person for all NCAA compliance issues.

Will provide administrative/managerial functions such as budget management, purchasing and travel reconciliation and will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and performing within the program budget. Manage on-campus recruiting activities and communications with recruits. Oversee all athletic equipment inventory and distribution. Chart/track statistics during practice or competition. The position schedules all practices, games, and team travel for the men’s basketball program.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Two years programmatic leadership experience working in a college athletic environment with student-athletes.
