M14 was founded in 2009 in the Chicagoland area of Illinois. In 2016 M14 expanded to the Indianapolis market and now is currently expanding again to the Milwaukee area! Summary of Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for a former basketball player who wants to stay involved in the game of basketball, grow as a person and who wants to assist in growing a small business. This is a salaried position that requires a dedicated and hard working individual to recreate the success of our other two locations.   Responsibilities will include ensuring our Championship Culture, training basketball players, marketing as well as administrative duties.

Qualifications:

College degree

Must have played college basketball

Must have participation or work experience in any of the following: College or High School Coaching OR, customer service, retail or commission sales environment, OR participation or leadership in athletic/team activities, OR

membership or leadership in community, social or academic organizations.

Must have an unrestricted valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.

No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years.

No sexual related convictions at all

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
