You will lead the overall strategic positioning of the Prep Network event business in the dynamic youth and high school sport space.  You will cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders (i.e. event operators, media entities, show companies, partners) across all Prep Network Markets.  You will work closely with the events team to create and monitor financial projections for all Prep Network events and evaluate the volleyball, basketball, football, and soccer markets to determine the best event dates and locations to host events.  You will foster cross-functional teamwork with the marketing, content, and event operations teams to ensure the best-in-class experience for all event participants. You will travel to Prep Network events on an as-needed basis.

In addition, you will manage our event sales and support teams, assisting them with the structure and negotiation of program contracts. You will create sales processes and activity metrics, holding the team accountable to their weekly metrics.  You will lead weekly sales meetings and oversee the process and communication flow between the sales and sales support teams.  You will also conduct weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meetings with direct reports.
