Supports the TCU Men’s Basketball program by establishing, maintaining and improving relationships between high school coaches and TCU Men’s Basketball staff; supervises content for Basketball recruiting website and social media sites; promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program to include adhering to all departmental policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Big 12 conference and the NCAA.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and education

Serves as the primary contact for high school coaches by obtaining relevant information pertaining to high school recruits.

Maintains recruiting database by analyzing and entry of recruiting information and updating recruit board records for current recruits; provides recruiting reports as requested.

Manages recruiting correspondence by creating, organizing and cataloguing all recruit mailings and videos. Oversees all campus tours for visiting high school recruits by coordinating tour schedules with and training of player hosts and student staff.

Primary liaison to NBA scouts by coordinating scout visits.
Maintains staff confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
