Reporting to the Head Coach, Men’s Basketball, the Director of Operations is responsible for coordinating all aspects of men’s basketball operations.  This position will require evening and weekend work, overnight stays and frequent travel by bus during the basketball season.

Work Performed:  Plan and prepare for travel related to the men’s basketball team, to include processing and monitoring budget requirements.  Work with appropriate departments, and visiting teams to organize practice schedules, equipment requirements, etc.,  Responsible for all video aspects of the program including, but not limited to, filming of practice and games, scouting and video uploading, assisting staff with individual film breakdown after every practice and game. Coordinate, schedule and attend all community service endeavors.  Recruit and manage all student managers and practice players.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Minimum Qualifications:  

Education:  Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience

Experience:  Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.  Must be computer literate and dependable.
