To assist the Head Basketball Coach in the administration and daily operation of a Division I basketball program which includes, but is not limited to, student athlete academic monitoring, assisting with fundraising efforts, coordinating marketing/public relations activities, operating summer camps, and coordinating team travel arrangements. Reports to Head Basketball Coach.

Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:

Prepare scouting reports.

Execute computer uploads and downloads of audio-video files for scouting purposes.

Oversee team manager schedules and duties.

Monitor and/or advise student athletes with regard to personal and/or academic issues.

Assist with preparation of team travel arrangements.

Help coordinate the planning and operation of summer camps and clinics.

Develop marketing/public relations, community service and fundraising activities.

On-campus recruiting, such as but not limited to electronic communications, mail-outs, campus tours and provide logistical support as permitted under NCAA and Mid-American Conference rules and regulations.

May coordinate video operations to include video production, video editing, graphic design, and filming practice/basketball games.

Perform related duties as assigned as permitted under NCAA and Mid-American Conference rules and regulations.
