To serve as Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. Primary duties include but are not limited to:

Daily administration of NC State men’s basketball including, but not limited to, scheduling, budget oversight, team and recruiting travel, personnel management, contract management, special event planning, roster management, academic and admissions coordination, and NCAA rules compliance.

Serve as a mentor and role model for men’s basketball student-athletes. 

Liaison between men’s basketball and Athletics Department, including senior administrative staff, business office, marketing, communications, compliance, etc.

Liaison between men’s basketball and university departments, including housing, dining, transportation, ASPSA, etc.

Oversee men’s basketball operating and scholarship budgets; liaison to athletic budget office; monitor and approve time-sheets and overtime hours as appropriate.

Responsible for all aspects of team travel, including transportation, lodging, meals, practice facilities, per diem, etc.

Supervise men’ss basketball non-coaching personnel, including receptionist, director of video, Director of Administration, graduate assistants, student managers and other staff as assigned.

Coordinate recruiting visits in compliance with NCAA compliance.

Coordinate housing and meal planning for student-athletes with University Housing and University Dining; partner with Athletics Nutrition to coordinate meal plan throughout the year and meals during road trips.

Coordinate men’s basketball facilities needs, including Daily Basketball Practice Facility, PNC Arena and other athletics facilities through sport supervisor and athletics facilities office.

Assist student-athletes with financial aid matters, through compliance office and director of athletics financial aid.

Represent men’ss basketball and head coach at meetings as requested. â?¢ Ensure working knowledge of NCAA rules, University policies and procedures, and Athletic Department rules and regulations.
