The Director of Men’s Basketball Operations reports directly to the Men’s Basketball Head Coach and is responsible for: managing team travel and all team related schedules; arranging intersession and holiday meals for student athletes; assisting with athletic recruitment by serving as liaison with compliance; evaluation and editing of game video as well as video exchange; administrative duties including procurement, fund raising, and outreach.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with education, training and experience at a level which equates to an advanced degree. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, effective written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently without direct supervision, and knowledge of intercollegiate sports operations

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a NCAA Division I basketball program and at and at least one year of directly related experience. Knowledge of NCAA and Big South Conference regulations.

Education/experience
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with education, training and experience at a level which equates to an advanced degree.
