The Director, Men’s Basketball Operations is responsible for all men’s basketball operations including on-air broadcasting of all home and road games, managing travel for 15 players and 10 coaches/administrators/students, managing the student-athlete basketball life skills and players development, and coordinating special events for the program.

He/she will also manage recruiting records in accordance with NCAA regulations for recruiting of student-athletes, manage booster functions for donors (including dinner meetings, fund raising events, etc.), and coordinate speaking engagements for head coach.

This person will serve as a representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Rice community and with the public.
