Working under the general oversight of the Head Coach, this position directs all non-coaching operations for the University of Idaho Men’s Basketball program. Serves as key member of the management team and is the primary decision maker for scheduling, organizing, planning, managing, and supervising activities and services related to Men’s Basketball operations. Coordinates and leads all non-coaching activities and daily operations including, but not limited to program scheduling, team travel, game day organization, recruiting, scholarships, and coordination of the relationships with internal administrators and staff and external constituents. This position is the primary point of contact for the program, with authority and accountability for program operations. This position is responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the program budgets and contracts and is routinely expected to commit departmental resources and resolve complex issues.
The position reports directly to the Men’s Head Basketball Coach and directs all Men’s Basketball coaches in all operational activities of the program. This position must develop and maintain compliance with all NCAA, conference and university rules and regulations and must demonstrate a high level of professional integrity
