Under the working title of Director of Men’s Basketball Operations, this position reports directly to the MBB Chief of Staff and has responsibility for the fundamental functional needs of the USF Men’s Basketball program, while adhering to all NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with equipment needs, apparel distribution, arrangements of team travel, game scheduling, game day activities, and coordinate logistics related to official and unofficial visits of potential student athletes. Position will coordinate the distribution of complimentary admission and is responsible for obtaining prior authorization for travel, timely submission of expense reports, travel expense settlements, cash advances, P-card reconciliation of statements and receipts and other administrative functions needed to maintain effective operations of an intercollegiate sports program.
