Under the direction of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Men’s Basketball Student-Athlete Development shall include responsibilities for student-athlete development and academic achievement; for assisting with community outreach, alumni relations, speaking and other appearance engagements as directed; and for other duties as assigned. This position is designated as weather/event essential.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

• Prior experience working with a college or professional basketball program

• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and development of student-athletes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with student-athlete development within Division I basketball program
