Appalachian State University is seeking applicants for the Men’s Basketball Director of Operations position.
The selected candidate will assist the Head Men’s Basketball Coach with the administration of the men’s basketball program.
This position will direct day-to-day operations for the men’s basketball program including, but not limited to: overseeing all administrative aspects of the program; arranging all team travel; assist with player relations, including daily player activities, ticket distribution, and serve as a parent liaison; assist in all aspects of recruiting allowable by NCAA rules review and rate prospect film; secure transcripts and serve as a liaison for guidance counselors; responsible for overseeing all preparations for opponents; assist with season highlight videos; update website and work with other staff members to promote men’s basketball on and off campus.
