James Madison University, a Division I member of the NCAA and Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking a Director of Men’s Basketball Operations to work within a highly competitive program. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing team travel and arrangements; assisting with game day activities and tape exchange; managing equipment inventory and supplies; scheduling weekly player meetings; completing weekly compliance practice reports; scheduling practice times and gym reservations; assisting with on-campus recruiting duties; supervising team managers; coordinating the annual tip-off banquet; and attending fundraising events upon request. Candidates will ensure compliance with NCAA, CAA, State of VA, and JMU regulations.
