This job is unique in that it oversees all logistics of program and operational management for the Men’s Basketball coaching staff. The responsibilities involve management of various administrative aspects such as the design, production and proofing of recruiting documents; to act as a liaison for recruits, parents, alumni and donors; oversee and supervise travel plans, itineraries, calendars, expense reconciliations and their budgetary implications. To organize intercollegiate film exchange, oversee the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of work-study students as team managers and further office support. Control all basketball video software for scouting purposes, opponent preparation, and program advancement, Head liaison to Student Athlete Support Services while addressing compliance and eligibility concerns.
