Reporting to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Player Development/Assistant to the Head Coach works with the coaching staff to coordinate the daily recruiting processes within the Temple University Men’s Basketball Program as allowed by the NCAA, including coordinating recruiting activities during official and unofficial visits to campus; and planning and supervising the execution of the recruiting schedule for NCAA countable coaches. The Director also serves as a liaison with the Academic Support Center for Student Athletes.
The incumbent will also assist with organizing community outreach and charity work, and will work with the basketball and Athletics staff to coordinate alumni events, summer camps and other special projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
