| Description: | The Director of Player Personnel will work within a team leadership environment. The duties of this position include: foster and maintain relationships with current players, managers and staff as well as key constituents across campus. Serve as the liaison and oversee the academic progress of the student athlete. Assist in class checks, scheduling of classes and coordinate tutors and study hall hours. Oversee the housing of student athletes. Coordinate scheduling and set-up of facilities. Will be responsible for review of video, transcripts, and other relevant information on prospects to provide direction to the coaching staff through available and permissible sources and perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of successful experience on a NCAA Division 1 staff. Proven leadership and a thorough knowledge of college basketball and NCAA rules and regulations is required.
Preferences: Master’s degree and two years of experience in a support staff role at the NCAA Division 1 level Men’s Basketball program. At least one year of experience as an assistant coach at the NCAA Division 1 level.
