Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division 1 and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking a Director of Recruiting for the Men’s Basketball program reporting to the Head Coach. This is a non-coaching position which will coordinate all recruiting aspects of the Men’s Basketball program.

Job duties include:

• Coordinate all aspects of recruiting of prospective-student athletes

• Responsible for recruiting logs, recruiting calendars and knowing NCAA recruiting rules

• Coordinate on-campus recruiting visits/activities

• Oversee all aspects of creative video operations relating to recruiting and social media.

• Access video of prospective student-athletes for recruiting purposes.

• Work with Creative Services regarding prospective recruiting videos for social media.

• Work with Creative Services regarding graphics for recruiting, the program, and social media

• Responsible for organizing recruiting travel

• Develop in home recruiting presentations

• Supervise student graphic managers

• Responsible for organizing film social media content during practices and workouts

• Other duties as assigned by the head coach and designated assistant coaching staff

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
