Louisiana Tech University is seeking candidates for a Men’s Basketball Director of Scouting and Player Development. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications include: Collegiate playing experience and/or coaching experience, and a working knowledge of Conference USA and NCAA regulations are also preferred. Ideal Candidate will have experience in recruiting and coaching at the Division I level. Candidate should also have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to athletic and academic success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create graphic content
• Assist in self-scout edits
• Assist in creating position edits
• Assist in advance scouting
• Build post-season library
• Assist with travel preparation
• Assist with on-court duties (practices and individual player workouts)
• Other duties as assigned by Head Coach
