DME Sports Academy in Daytona Beach, FL is accepting applications for Director of Operations.

This position will work directly with our Sports Academy. This is a full time position that is very important to our Academy’s success. Our Director of Operations will be challenged to problem solve, mentor, demonstrate leadership, plan ahead and have a flexible schedule.

Primary duties may include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling of our Facility
  • Scheduling games for all Academic Programs including Middle School, High School and Post Grad Sports Teams.
  • Prepare facility for Events, Tournaments.
  • Networking with coaches and organizing events and Tournaments at DME.
  • Work together and integrate with the rest of DME Coaches and Staff.
  • Equipment Management
  • Daily Basketball Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-Year accredited College or University
  • Previous experience working in College/High School Athletics
  • Must be able to work evenings/weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Strong with Computers
  • Organized
