VCU Athletics seeks a qualified Director of Player Development for Men’s Basketball to:
– Oversee class schedules and overall daily schedules of our players;
– Work closely with Sports Performance & Nutrition staff to plan team meals / player dietary habits;
– Oversee Graduate Assistant program including recruitment, monitoring class progress;
– Assist in campus related basketball events;
– Work with Video Coordinator to produce edits to individual player video; and
– Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum hiring standards include:
– A bachelor’s degree; and
– Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.
