Under the supervision of the Head Coach, Men’s Basketball Coach, position will assist in a multitude of aspects of the general administrative services of the Men’s Basketball Office. The position will serve as the main point of contact for student-athlete services both in and out of the classroom and be at the forefront of student-athlete wellness initiatives with all men’s basketball student athletes. Individual will lead communications with all student-athletes in terms of game and practices, academics, student services, athletic performance, sports medicine and compliance related matters. The Director of Player Personnel and Recruiting will work with prospective student-athletes through their tracking and development, analysis of fit, relationship cultivation, and academic abilities. Incumbent will also aid with external events and fan/donor engagement services as needed. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee all student manager activities as well as their employment scheduling. Requires travel with the team, and attendance at all practices, games, and team related events. Evenings and weekend hours are required.
