Serve as Lead Strength Coach for all of our professional, collegiate, and student athletes. Report directly to Combine Enterprises Management, Creating and Directing Strength and Conditioning Programs (Individual, Small Group, and Team), Creating and Directing Injury Prevention Programs, Creating and Directing Regeneration Programs, Know NCAA and conference rules as they apply to training teams and individuals-in season and out, Facilitate learning of proper lifting, spotting and safety techniques, Attend conventions and conferences annually to update knowledge base and connections, Keep current records of all student-athletes and pros that are training on a quarterly basis, Develop communication system and schedule with the Sports Medicine Staff member assigned to each sport for updates on a student-athletes ability to train/injuries, Develop summer and off-season programs for designated sports, Keep accurate records and supervision, Communicate problems, issues and program improvement ideas involving the strength and conditioning area to the immediate supervisor and the Athletic Director, Advertise for and utilize work-study student help, Learn and research team and individual conditioning specific training methods and activities, Meet with Head Coaches of designated sports to assess needs and plan programs, Supervise assistant position and provide annual evaluation of assistant to immediate supervisor, Nutritional direction and supervision, supplemental direction and supervision, directing training sessions, away game travel, home game preparation, assisting with practice, conducting player development sessions, assisting in day-to-day operations of the program, helping plan for travel and team activities, assisting in recruitment and marketability of players, supervising discipline and rules/regulations, consistently communicating with college coaches, assisting with placing players at the college level, assisting with NCAA Eligibility Center and compliance obligations.

Experience: Strength & Conditioning Coaching experience or significant Strength & Conditioning assistant experience at the Collegiate Level, National AAU Level, or the National High School Level. 2 year college degree is required.
