ALWAYSLIVE USA is looking to hire experienced Event Managers/Team Recruiters for its Northeast region. We are the fastest growing AAU and High School Basketball tournaments entity in the USA for boys and girls. We offer a unique platform of offering free players profiles, filming full games, statistics and great venues! As an Event Manager/Team Recruiter Director you will have the opportunity to work in the sports industry, gain valuable event management experience. Event Managers/Team Recruiters are responsible for soliciting teams to the events, managing tournament venues, including the oversight of event staff with the regional director. You be accountable for keeping games on schedule, handling on-site questions & issues. You will gain beneficial social media experience by posting engaging content to AWAYSLIVE Northeast platforms. You are also required to do pre-event setup, post-event breakdown, posting game scores in real time. You must understand playoff scenarios within divisions and pools. AAU experience is a must!
