Description: Evolution is expanding and will be opening a new training facility in Chantilly, VA.  We are searching for a full time manager and lead trainer who will be in charge of our new location.  We currently have three facilities in Northern VA and this will be our fourth.

Responsibilities: This position will be a mix of on the court training and off the court management responsibilities.  As the lead trainer you will be expected to be our best trainer in this location with the ability to work with a variety of levels of players.  As the manager, you will oversee the facility, schedule the staff, as well as schedule clients.  You will also be expected to be involved in the local community recruiting new players and clients.

Qualifications: We are searching for a high character individual who will act as a strong role model for the players we are training.  College and/or Professional experience is preferred (playing or coaching).  Must be highly organized, proactive, and personable.  Training experience is preferred but not necessary, passionate about teaching the game is a must.
